Zone.Health doctors identify your biological blockers to weight loss and develop a hyper-personalized weight loss path that includes FDA-approved medications, wearables, and a program centered around behavioral changes.
Much of the data is collected through accessing Google Fit, with the user’s permission, the App communicates with Google Fit to access this data. The full list of information that the user can share with the app is Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Glucose Level, Steps, Physical Exercise (Activity), Weight, Food Log, Hydration, Smoking, Sleep, and Alcohol intake. These data points can be added manually or via adding Devices and Applications.
